2011 Year-end Summarization Convention of Smart Sound

Dated on Jan.11, the company’s year-end convention was grandly held in hall, all personnels attented this meeting.

The company leaders including our General Manager Mr. David and each department chief made thier speeches, the main content is the conclusion of task peformance in past year and expection of business development in new year. GM pointed out, in past year the business was going well with smooth development, but influced by outer market environment especially negative move from some regional economy,and also irreversible increasion of some business costs including worker salary-material-currency-banking loan interest, sales status especially exporting operation will possibly suffer from difficulty, and in 1st half year of 2012 the situation will be the most critical period, in face of complicated market move, it’s emphasised one guiding strategy “making best efforts to keep exporting smooth and balanced, strengthening to develop domestic market better by improving integrated service & developping prominent cost-performance  new products”; in the last words, GM called on all staff that we need keep confidence, dare to challenge even if in current situation, give efforts hand in hand to create new increase..

In the convention, the company presented honor and awards to more than 20 advanced staff which did excellently on thier positions..
